WilliePallooza is a celebration of BBQ, centered around a NY State BBQ Championship. Competitors can arrive on Saturday, April 14th. There will be a chili contest that evening.
The BBQ competition will be taking place on Sunday, April 15th. BBQ fans will be vying for cash and prizes in the categories of Chicken, Ribs, Pork Shoulder and Brisket.
Whether this is your first contest or your fiftieth, we would love to have you join us.

Not interested in competing or judging but still want to participate? WilliePallooza is looking for volunteers.
No alcohol is permitted on the premises by the teams. There will be a cash bar with special pricing for the teams provided by the venue.

4/14 Chili Cook-Off turn in Saturday evening (specific time TBA)
Chili category is open. Must be prepared on-site. Prepackaged ingredients are allowed (spice mixtures, salsas, etc.)
4/15 BBQ Sunday
12:00 Chicken
12:30 Ribs
1:00 Pork
1:30 Brisket
2:00 Additional Category (tbd)
Electrical supply is limited and will be tentatively available for small items such as stokers and lights. Anything else will require generators. WilliePallooza is a NO GARNISH event. You are allowed to put a sheet of aluminum foil on the bottom of your box to act as a heat shield.
